The Cursa Delta Prat features a flat 5 km urban loop, completed once or twice depending on the distance, making it ideal for chasing a personal best in both 5K and 10K.

The race starts next to the Pistes Moisès Llopart at the Sagnier Sports Complex, heading along Avinguda Apel·les Mestres before turning onto Avinguda del Remolar and then Avinguda Verge de Montserrat, where the first kilometer is completed.

The course continues straight along this avenue until the turnaround point at Avinguda Pare Andreu de Palma, before heading back along the same route with a steady and flat profile.

After completing 5 km, 10K runners repeat the loop, finishing on the athletics track. A fast and simple course, perfect for maintaining a consistent pace.
