The Cursa dels 150 Anys features a fast and mostly flat 5K urban course through the streets of El Prat de Llobregat. The race starts near La Ricarda, heading along carretera de la Platja towards the first roundabout.
From there, the route turns left onto avinguda Onze de Setembre, a long straight section ideal for settling into race pace early on. The course continues along this avenue past the 1 km mark before reaching Ronda del Ponent, where runners approach km 2 and begin the return section.
The race then heads down through Ronda Sud, including a left-hand turn around km 3 while maintaining a smooth and runnable profile throughout.
In the final section, the course connects with carretera de l’Aviació, passing km 4 before turning into the last stretch between avinguda Pep Colomer and the Canal de la Dreta del Llobregat, finishing on a completely flat run to the finish line.
