Unirun - La Cursa de las Universidades 2027

What is the route of the Unirun - La Cursa de las Universidades 2027

The Unirun route is a single-loop 5-kilometre circuit that runs entirely through the streets of Parc del Fòrum, in the Sant Martí district. Start and finish are on the park's Gran Esplanada, a wide, completely flat area that keeps the opening kilometre manageable despite the large number of university runners.

From the start, the course heads through Plaça dels Afusellats and links up with Passeig de Garcia Fària and Passeig de Calvell, two straight seafront stretches where wind can be a factor. The circuit continues along Passatge de la Llacuna to Avinguda del Litoral, the most open section of the route.

The closing stretch loops back toward the park via the Marina platform, with views over the harbour and Barcelona's coastline, before closing the circuit back inside Parc del Fòrum. The finish line sits at Parc dels Auditoris — a fast, flat finish that makes this a good option for chasing a personal best over 5K.
